1. Service Description

MenuCraft Digital Services ("MenuCraft," "we," "us") provides a digital service where we design and create custom QR code digital menus for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and bars. This is a professional design service — we build your digital menu and deliver it electronically.

2. Service Delivery

Upon receiving your order and menu details, we will create your custom digital menu and QR code. Standard delivery is within 48 hours. Premium plans include priority 24-hour delivery. All deliverables are sent digitally via email.

3. Payment

All prices are one-time payments in Euros (€). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your digital menu service begins once payment is confirmed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate menu content, including item names, descriptions, prices, and any images. You confirm that you have the right to use all content provided to us.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery, you retain ownership of your menu content. MenuCraft retains the right to the underlying design templates and technology used to create your menu.

6. Menu Hosting

Your digital menu is hosted on our servers. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify hosting arrangements with reasonable notice.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
