1. Digital Service
MenuCraft provides a digital design service. All deliverables (digital menus and QR codes) are delivered electronically within 48 hours of receiving your complete menu details.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since this is a digital service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Before delivery: Full refund available if we have not yet started work on your menu.
- After delivery: If the delivered menu does not match your specifications, we will revise it at no extra charge. If we cannot meet your requirements, a partial refund may be issued.
- Non-refundable: Once a menu has been delivered and approved, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@menucraft.site with your order details. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
4. Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery within 48 hours (24 hours for Premium plans) from the time we receive your complete menu details. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
